All sales are final. Because each item in our store is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

All products are produced individually for each customer. Variations in color, surface texture, and minor layer lines are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before checkout. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement only in cases of verified damage or fulfillment error.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom prints

  • Personalized items

  • Made‑to‑order products

  • Digital files (if applicable)

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. For lost packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
